"Exactly what I expected"
I ordered a visor after reading through the details on motohaunt.com, and it showed up just like I expected. The size, fitment notes, and color all matched the listing, which made the whole purchase feel a lot less risky. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to guess or deal with a return, and it worked out perfectly. Happy with it overall.
"Install was a bit more of a hassle than I expected"
It took me way longer to get this fitted than I thought it would. The instructions weren’t super clear, so I had to stop and figure things out a few times. Got there in the end, but yeah, it was a little more annoying than I was hoping for.

I’m usually fine waiting a bit, but there weren’t many clear updates, so I kept having to check and wonder where the package was. It did eventually arrive, and the item itself showed up okay, but the wait was longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating

"I put this on in the morning..."
I put this on in the morning before heading out and ended up wearing it all day. By lunchtime I still felt good, and even later in the evening it was just as comfortable. Really solid ride gear if you want something you don’t have to think about once it’s on.

"Warranty sorted quicker than I expected"
I had a small issue with the part after a few weeks, so I emailed Motohaunt about the warranty. To be honest, I was kind of expecting the usual back-and-forth or some excuse to drag it out, but they handled it really quickly. Replacement was sent out without any drama. Happy with how they dealt with it.

"Looks Genuine, But Shipping Was Slow"
I ordered a cover for my bike and, to be fair, it does look like the real deal. The markings match my old one and it fit just right, which was a relief since I’m always a bit skeptical about ordering parts online. That said, the delivery took longer than I expected, so I was kind of annoyed waiting around for it. Overall, the part seems legit and I’d probably use motohaunt again, just not if I needed something in a hurry.

In the end, I’d say it’s decent but nothing special. It held up alright for a while, but I started noticing the edges wearing down sooner than I expected. Not terrible, just kind of average

They got back to me quickly, I think it was the same day, which I appreciated because I’m not the most patient when I’m waiting on order info. The answer was clear, and they even followed up afterward, which was nice. I did have to ask twice about one detail, so that was a little annoying, but overall they were friendly and helpful.

"Fit perfectly on my Yamaha"
I ordered a part for my Yamaha my biggest worry was whether it would actually fit. The fitment info on motohaunt ended up being spot on, and it bolted right up without me having to mess with anything or make changes.
Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for, so I’d probably give it 4 stars overall. Still, I’m really happy with how the part fit, and that made the purchase feel worth it for me.

"Photos seemed a little too close to trust"

I had to exchange my jacket for a bigger size, and the whole thing was straightforward. I messaged customer service, they sent me the instructions, and I shipped it back without any hassle.
It did take a few days for the exchange to go through, which felt like a preventable delay, but the new jacket arrived in good shape and fit much better. Overall, it was a simple process and worked out fine

I can’t say it doesn’t look nice, because the style is actually cool. It just isn’t not a bit cluttered, and the layout feels a little messy when you’re looking at it.

The tracking for my order from motohaunt.com was accurate. It updated whenever the package moved, and the delivery date ended up being right, so I wasn’t sitting around wondering where my stuff was.
It’s a small thing, but it made the whole order feel a lot less stressful. No confusion or drama, it just worked the way it was supposed to.

It was easy to deal with and felt like a real person was helping me out. I’d definitely recommend motohaunt and would use them again...

I ordered a black helmet visor, but when the package showed up, it was a clear one instead. This is where it got annoying, I reached out to support and the replies were slow, so getting it sorted took longer than it should have. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to work on sending the right items the first time...

The site wasn’t not frustrating to deal with. Pages took a while to load, and trying to find the bike parts I needed felt messy. Checkout wasn’t exactly clear either, so the whole thing ended up being more confusing than it should’ve been.
